Who is Didar Sandhu?
Didar Sandhu was a noted Punjabi folk singer and songwriter from East Punjab. He used to tie a turban on stage. He mostly sung duets with various noted Punjabi singers like Surinder Kaur and Amar Noorie.
Didar Sandhu fell ill due to alcohol consumption and was admitted to DMC hospital in Ludhiana on February 13, 1991 where he died on February 16.
