Who is Dilan Perera?
Boddhiya Baduge Dilan Priyanjan Anslam Perera, MP is the Sri Lankan Non-Cabinet Minister of Port Development. He is a Member of Parliament for Badulla District and former Deputy Minister of Justice. Born to Marshall Perera PC and Daya Perera, he was educated at Royal College Colombo and at the Sri Lanka Law College.
