Who was Dinny McNamara?
John Raymond "Dinny" McNamara was an American football and baseball player and coach. He served as the head football coach at Boston College for the first four games of the 1935 season, compiling a record of 3–1. He briefly played Major League Baseball with the Boston Braves in 1927 and 1928.
