Who was Dmytro Klyachkivsky?

Dmytro Klyachkivsky, also known by his pseudonyms Klym Savur, Okhrim, Bilash, was a colonel of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, first head-commander of the UPA-North. He was responsible for the ethnic cleansing of Poles from Volhynia.
