Donald Michael Ellison Foster is a British Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament, representing Bath in southwest England. Since October 2013 he has held the positions of Deputy Chief Whip in the House of Commons, Liberal Democrat Chief Whip and Comptroller of the Household.
