Who is Ahmad Rafi Mohamed Eshaq?

Dr. Ahmad Rafi Mohamed Eshaq is an architect and a Senior Lecturer of virtual reality in the Faculty of Creative Multimedia, Multimedia University. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Architecture, Master of Science in Computer-Aided Building Design and PhD in the area of Architectural Animation and Simulation from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland in 1998.

He was the Dean of Faculty of Creative Multimedia and Chairman of Centre of Interpretation and Expression, Multimedia University from 2000-2006. His research includes 3D Animation, computer-aided learning, multimedia and Virtual Reality. He has published more than 60 internationally multi-disciplinary refereed conference papers, journal articles and books. He also contributes in several local and international reviewing committees including guest editor for Automation in Construction International Research Journal, editor for the International Journal of OHI, Journal of Educational Technology & Society, CAADRIA, eCAADe, CAAD Futures, G-CAD, CyberGames International Conference, international review panel of research for King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Malaysian Venture Capital, and Multimedia Grant Scheme.
