Who is Drago Gabrić?
Drago Gabrić is a Croatian football midfielder. He is a versatile player, able to play on the both sides of the field. His father, Tonči Gabrić, is a former Hajduk and Rijeka player and a Croatian international goalkeeper.
On 23 May 2011, he has been seriously injured in a car accident near Split, Croatia. According to his country media report, he sustained a fractured skull and was in a coma. His condition improved, he was soon released from the hospital and is expected to regain a full recovery. His club at the time, Trabzonspor, has since terminated his contract. In September 2011 Gabrić signed for Hajduk Split. In June 2012, Gabrić moved from Hajduk to Rijeka, following his father's footsteps.
