Who was Drew Turnbull?
Andrew "Drew" Turnbull was a Scottish rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1940s and '50s, playing club level rugby union for Hawick RFC, and playing representative level rugby league for Great Britain, and at club level for Leeds, and Halifax, as a Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5. Drew Turnbull served with the Duke of Wellington's Regiment.
