Ed Bussey

Who is Ed Bussey?

Ed Bussey joined ZYB in 2007, with responsibility for marketing,

business development and operations. Prior to ZYB, Ed was one of the

founding team of figleaves.com, a pure internet business that survived

the dot com bubble bursting in 2000 and which went on to became one of

the world’s leading global internet retailers of apparel brands, with

over a million customers in 66 countries. Ed directed figleaves.com’s

global business development, sales and marketing and the company’s

international expansion, including its launch into the US. Prior to

figleaves.com, Ed served in the Royal Navy and the UK Diplomatic

Service, holding various appointments across Europe, Middle East, Latin

America and Asia. Ed graduated from Cambridge University in Natural

Science. Whilst studying at Cambridge, Ed was a national finalist in

the UK Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition.
