Who is Eddie Isbey?
Edward Emanuel Isbey, QSO, was a New Zealand politician of the Labour Party.
He represented the electorates of Grey Lynn from 1969 to 1978, and then Papatoetoe from 1978 to 1987, when he retired. He was replaced in the Papatoetoe electorate by Ross Robertson.
He was formerly a union official.
In the 1988 New Year Honours, Isbey was made a Companion of the Queen's Service Order for public services.
