Edmund "Ted"/"Teddy" Beswick was a rugby union footballer of the 1880s, playing at representative level for England, and Lancashire, and at club level for Swinton, as a Three-quarter, i.e. Wing or Centre. Prior to Tuesday 2 June 1896, Swinton was a rugby union club.
