Who was Edmund C. Briggs?
Edmund Clarke Briggs was an American leader in the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Briggs was the first member of the RLDS Church to preach in Utah Territory to members of the rival Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
