Who is Eduardo Fernández?
Eduardo Fernández is an Uruguayan classical guitarist, teacher and arranger-composer. Fernández debuted in New York in 1977. He won the Premio Andrés Segovia in 1975. His textbook has been published in English as Technique, Mechanism, Learning.
