Who is Eleanor Oldroyd?

Eleanor Oldroyd is an English sports broadcaster with BBC Radio.

Eleanor Oldroyd was educated at Oxford High School. She was married to fellow BBC sports presenter Nick Mullins and has two children. She started her career at BBC Radio Shropshire before moving to London in 1988. She was a sports journalist at Radio 4 before going to BBC Radio Five Live. By standing in for Ian Payne on Sport on Five in 1995 she became the first female presenter of Sports Report since it started in 1948 and has appeared on Five Live's Fighting Talk. She is an occasional ground reporter for Test Match Special. She supports Arsenal despite coming from a family of Birmingham City fans.
