Ellen Bethea is an American actress, best known for her role as Rachel Gannon on One Life to Live, which she originally played from 1992 to 1995. She returned to the role for two days in May 2005, when her on-screen mother Hillary B. Smith married Mark Dobies' character, Daniel Colson.
