Who is Emmanuel Chedal?
Emmanuel Chedal is a former French ski jumper who has competed since 1999. Competing in two Winter Olympics, he earned his best finish of ninth in the team large hill event at Vancouver.
Chedal's best finish at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships was eighth in the team large hill event in Liberec in 2009. His best finish at the FIS Ski Flying World Championships was also eighth in the team event at Oberstdorf in 2008.
Chedal's best World Cup finish was third in an individual large hill event in Norway in December 2009.
After the 2012/2013 season he finished his ski jumping career
