Who is Éric Biau?

Éric Biau is a French slalom canoer who competed from the late 1980s to the late 1990s. He won seven medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold, three silvers and three bronzes.

He also won a bronze medal in the C-2 team event at the 1998 European Championships in Roudnice nad Labem.

Biau also finished 11th in the C-2 event at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.

His partner in the boat for most of his active career was Bertrand Daille.
