Who is Ermyntrude Harvey?
Ermyntrude Hilda Harvey was a British female tennis player of the 1920s.
In 1927, she won the US Women's National Championship in women's doubles with Kitty McKane, and reached the final of Wimbledon the following year.
In mixed doubles, she was also a finalist in the 1925 Wimbledon Championships, with Vincent Richards.
Between 1920 and 1948 she participated in 22 editions of the Wimbledon Championships. Her best results in the singles event were reaching the fourth round in 1927 and 1928.
She was part of the British team that won the Wightman Cup in 1925 and 1930.
