Who is Ernest Davies?
Ernest Arthur Davies is a retired British Labour Party politician. He served for one term as Member of Parliament for Stretford from 1966 to 1970, when he was defeated. His successor was Winston Churchill, grandson of the former Prime Minister. He was subsequently a councillor in the London Borough of Southwark from 1978 to 1982
