Ernest "Ernie" Coquet was an English professional footballer who played as a full-back for Gateshead Town, Reading, Tottenham Hotspur, Port Vale, Fulham, and Leadgate Park. He helped "Spurs" to win promotion out of the Second Division in 1908–09.
