Who was Eugène Pirou?
Eugène Pirou was an early French filmmaker and photographer who made one of the first pornographic films, Le Coucher de la Mariee in which Louise Willy performed a striptease, only a year after the first public screening of motion pictures, though he made his name filming the Tsar's visit to Paris a year later in 1897.
