Vincent's Genesius Evans is the consecutive 2009, 2008 and 2007 Light-Weight National Champion of Indonesian Submission Grappling Chaubmission Championship. He is also the 2007 Light-Weight Champion of Synergy BJJ Championship.
He practiced BJJ with Fransino Tirta, and was promoted to Blue Belt in 2008 by Niko Han.
He is the youngest son from his family of several siblings.
