Evaristo do Espírito Santo Carvalho is a São Toméan politician. He was Prime Minister of São Tomé and Príncipe from 7 July 1994 to 25 October 1994 and again from 26 September 2001 to 28 March 2002. He is a member of the Independent Democratic Action party.
