Who is Gabriel Mangabeira?
Gabriel Semain Vasconcellos Mangabeira is a Brazilian competition swimmer who qualified for the men's 100-metre butterfly at both the 2004 Summer Olympics and 2008 Summer Olympics. Mangabeira also won a silver medal in the men's 100-metre butterfly at the 2007 Pan American Games.
