Who was Geoffrey Peto?

Geoffrey Kelsall Peto was a British Conservative Party politician and Member of Parliament.

At the 1923 general election, he was a candidate in the Louth constituency in Lincolnshire, where he lost by 1,101 votes to the Liberal MP Margaret Wintringham.

He was elected as Member of Parliament for Frome at the 1924 general election, but was defeated in 1929.

He was returned to the House of Commons at the 1931 general election for the Bilston constituency in Wolverhampton, and retired from Parliament at the 1935 election.
