Who was George Mardikian?
George Magar Mardikian was an Armenian-American restaurateur, chef, author and philanthropist who opened the well-known Omar Khayyam's restaurant in San Francisco, California, in 1938. He is the nephew of Armenian Revolutionary Krikor Amirian.
