Who is Gerard López?
Gerard López Segú, usually known as just Gerard, is a Spanish retired footballer and a current coach. An all-around midfielder, he was known for precision passes and ball control skills. While playing for Valencia, he helped them reach the Champions League final in 2000.
Over the course of nine seasons, Gerard amassed La Liga totals of 183 games and 16 goals. He participated with Spain at Euro 2000.
