Who is Godfrey R. Sullivan?

Godfrey R. Sullivan has served as a director of Citrix Systems since

February 2005. From 2004 until June 2007, Mr. Sullivan served as

president and chief executive officer of Hyperion Solutions

Corporation, a publicly traded software company acquired by Oracle

Corporation in April 2007. Prior to Hyperion’s acquisition by Oracle

in April 2007, Mr. Sullivan served as president and chief operating

officer of Hyperion from 2004 until April 2007. From 2000 to 2001, Mr.

Sullivan served as chief executive officer of Promptu Corporation, an

enterprise marketing automation software company. From 1992 to 2000,

Mr. Sullivan served in senior management positions at Autodesk, Inc., a

design software and digital media company, including as president,

Discreet Division and executive vice president, Personal Solutions

Group. Mr. Sullivan serves on the Board of Directors of Hyperion

Solutions Corporation.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Compensation and Nominating and

Governance Committees. The Board of Directors has determined that Mr.

Sullivan is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director

independence standards and the director independence standards of The

Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (”Nasdaq”).
