Who is Gordon Rich-Phillips?
Gordon Kenneth Rich-Phillips is an Australian politician. He has been a Liberal Party of Australia member of the Victorian Legislative Council since 1999, representing Eumemmerring Province and the South Eastern Metropolitan Region. He is the state Assistant Treasurer, Minister for Technology and Minister for the Aviation Industry. First elected at the age of 25, he was the youngest person elected to the Legislative Council, and is the youngest member of the current Cabinet.
