Who was Gustaf Jansson?
Gustaf Nils Jansson was a Swedish athlete who competed in the marathon during his career. He was born in Brattfors, Värmland.
He won the bronze medal for Sweden in the 1952 Summer Olympics marathon, held in Helsinki, Finland, in a time of 2:26:07. His best time for the marathon was 2:21:40 in 1955.
Jansson died in April 2012.
