Who was Guy Bush?
Guy Terrell Bush was an American right-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball, nicknamed the Mississippi Mudcat.
Bush played in the major leagues from 1923 to 1938 and again in 1945. The 6-foot-tall pitcher played for the Chicago Cubs, Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Bees, St. Louis Cardinals and Cincinnati Reds in his seventeen-year professional baseball career.
