Harin Pathak is a member of the fourteenth Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Ahmedabad East constituency of Gujarat and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.At the time of the 2009 elections, he was the richest politician from the Bharatiya Janta Party
Mr. Phatak was denied a ticket to contest 2014 Loksabha Elections by BJP. He was replaced by Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal.
