Harold Goldberg

Who is Harold Goldberg?

Harold Goldberg is CEO of Zend Technologies. Goldberg brings more than

20 years experience in senior marketing, strategy and sales roles at

top-tier organizations to Zend.

Prior to Zend, Goldberg was Senior Vice President of Worldwide

Marketing and Corporate Strategy for BMC Software. Goldberg joined BMC

as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Business Strategy for

Remedy, where he played a key role in BMC's acquisitions of Magic

Solutions, Marimba and Viadyne – and in Remedy's acquisition by BMC.

While at Remedy, Goldberg was instrumental in developing and

executing the division's Merger Acquisition strategy and all

strategic relationships with partners, investors, customers and

suppliers. Previously, he spent time at Siemens Information and

Communication Networks, Peregrine Systems, Ring Medical, Inc. (now

Notify M.S.) and Sudbury Systems.

Goldberg received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business

Administration, Marketing and Political Sciences from the University of

Manitoba in Winnipeg, and a Master of Arts in International Political

Economics from New York University in New York City.
