Who is Hartman Rector, Jr.?
Hartman Rector, Jr. was one of the first converts to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to become a general authority during the second half of the 20th century. Rector served as a member of the First Council of the Seventy from 1968 to 1976 and as a member of the First Quorum of the Seventy from 1976 to 1994.
