Hassan Moustafa is a former handball player from Egypt, who played for the Egypt national handball team. He is President of the International Handball Federation.
During the 2009 World Men's Handball Championship a conflict emerged between Moustafa and the Secretary General of the IHF, Peter Mühlematter.
