Who is Hatsuko Morioka?
Hatsuko Morioka is a Japanese freestyle swimmer. She competed in the 1932 Summer Olympics and in the 1936 Summer Olympics.
In 1932, Morioka was a member of the Japanese relay team which finished fifth in the 4 x 100 metre freestyle relay event. In the 400 metre freestyle competition she was eliminated in the first round.
Four years later, she was eliminated in the semi-finals of the 100 metre freestyle competition and as part of the Japanese relay team she was eliminated in the first round of the 4 x 100 metre freestyle relay event.
