He played a significant role in the promotion of mountaineering, rock climbing and caving adventure sports in Pakistan, including Canoeing Kayaking . He is the founder of cave exploration adventure sports in Pakistan. Hayatullah Khan Durrani is Director Asian Canoe Confederation.
