Who is Heather Oakes?
Heather Oakes is a former British athlete. She competed mainly in the 100 metres and 4 x 100 metres relay. In the relay, she won two Olympic bronze medals, in Moscow 1980 and Los Angeles 1984. She also won the 1986 Commonwealth Games 100 metres title.
