Who is Heather Murren?
Heather Murren is the cofounder and served as the first chairman of the board for Nevada Cancer Institute through its founding until June 2009, and remains a member of its board of directors. The Nevada Cancer Institute was acquired by the University of California San Diego Health Systems in January of 2012. It is the official cancer institute of the state of Nevada as established by the State Legislature in 2003.
