Heinz-Georg Lemm was a German soldier who fought in the 12th Infantry Division during World War II and later served in the Bundeswehr, the post-war West German armed forces. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross and its higher grade, the Oak Leaves and Swords was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or outstanding military leadership.
Lemm was born in Schwerin and died in Ruppichteroth.
