Who was Heinz Jost?
Heinz Jost was an SS-Brigadeführer and a Generalmajor of Police. Jost was involved in espionage matters as the Sicherheitsdienst or section chief of office VI of the Reichssicherheitshauptamt or RSHA. Jost was also responsible for genocide in eastern Europe as commander of Einsatzgruppe A from March to September 1942.
