Who was Helal El-Saaed?
Hilal Saaed Abdel-Alim, alias "Hilal El-Saaed," was born in Ismailia on February 28 in 1940, holds a Bachelor of Arts Department of Journalism of the University of Cairo, founded with companion old late Fathi Rizk newspaper channel in collaboration with the late Sammy Architecture, who was then secretary of the newspaper's editorial evening, and the work of Hilal Saeed, secretary editor of the channel since its inception in 1961 until the beginning of the seventies and served as Information Officer in the governorate. And joined Hilal Saeed House Co-Action Printing & Publishing, which was Asdaratha ranging from political, agricultural, technical, and included in the positions of the press inside the house until he served as managing editor.
