Helen Meany was an American diver who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics, in the 1924 Summer Olympics, and in the 1928 Summer Olympics.
She was born in New York City.
In 1920 she was eliminated in the first round of the 10 metre platform competition.
Four years later she finished fifth in the 10 metre platform event.
In 1928 she won the gold medal in the 3 metre springboard competition.
