Who was Helen Wainwright?

Helen E. Wainwright was an American competition diver and swimmer who represented the United States at the 1920 Summer Olympics and 1924 Summer Olympics.

In 1920 she won the silver medal in the 3-meter springboard competition. Four years later she won the silver medal in the 400-meter freestyle event.
