Hélène Gosselin is a Canadian senior civil servant who is titled Deputy Minister of Labour and Associate Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada. She was appointed on January 5, 2009. Prior to her current position, she worked in other government agencies including the Department of National Defence, the Privy Council Office, Canadian Heritage, Industry Canada, Health Canada and the Treasury Board Secretariat, and was most recently Deputy Head of Service Canada from September 2006 to January 2009.
