Who is Hiroyuki Nishimori?
Hiroyuki Nishimori is a Japanese manga artist. His series Cheeky Angel won the Shogakukan Manga Award for shōnen in 2001, and has been translated into English by Viz Media. His works are mostly comedy and slice of life.
He also wrote and drew the 38-volume Kyō Kara Ore Wa!! and the 2 volume Amaku Kiken na Nampa Deka.
