Who was Homer H. Gruenther?
Homer H. Gruenther was appointed as an Assistant to the Deputy Assistant to United States President Dwight D. Eisenhower on January 21, 1953 and served as a member of the legislative liaison office. He served in the White House legislative liaison office until January 21, 1961. Gruenther’s liaison work with Congress included Upper Colorado and St. Lawrence Seaway legislation.
