Hugo Kafka, AIA, was a Czech-American architect and founding associate of the predecessor firm of Alfred B. Mullett & Sons, as well as William Scheckel & Company; he ran his own firm, Hugo Kafka in the early twentieth century, later renamed Hugo Kafka & Sons.
