Who is Humberto Curi?
Humberto Curi is an Argentine boxer who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics.
In 1928 he was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the middleweight class after losing his fight to Fred Mallin.
After the Olympics, Humberto immigrated to New York where he married and had one son, Joseph Curi. Joseph Curi married Susannah English and had 4 children, Anne Curi Preisig, Sarah Curi, Katheryn Curi Mattis, and Michael Curi. Humberto Curi moved back to Argentina in his later life, remarried, and lived until he died.
