Who was Ichizō Kobayashi?

Ichizō Kobayashi, occasionally referred to by his pseudonym Itsuō, was a Japanese industrialist. He is best known as the founder of Hankyu Railway and Takarazuka Revue. He was a supporter of right-wing doctrine and represented Japanese capital in government.
